Before becoming a full-time coach, Ruth worked within HR, Senior Leadership and youth work. Ruth started working with 3D Coaching in 2018 alongside her private work. She splits her time between working as a Mentor coach, trainer and as a one to one coach.

Working in a range of settings, Ruth coaches and trains with friendly curiosity, deep listening, challenge and warmth.

Helping people feel heard and move forward, Ruth is real and human and loves working things out together.

Ruth lives in Hertfordshire, has two grown up children (and sometimes foster cats) and loves being with people in person. She loves a good challenge, although since hanging up her running shoes she is currently looking for the next one….
